Fav Exercise: Deadlift
Fav Supp: Eggs and ground beef
The crazy thing about my weight loss is that I'm STRONGER now at 210 than I was at 275lbs in high school, and I trained and ate like a beast in high school. I thought I was strong because I could clean my bodyweight at 275. . .now I can power clean my bodyweight for reps. The only thing that's gone down is my squat, but I'm also not sure how close I ever actually came to parallel back in the day when I could do 400+. I probably wasn't even close.
