One Arm Deadlift
One arm deadlift with 405. The weight is easy. Balance is hard. Trying to find a good balance point. Maybe next time I will use a more rigid bar.
Any suggestions to master the balance? |
Good job! I used to do a lot of them in my grip comp days, tough lift to balance!
No tips, just a matter of getting a feel for it. |

I'm going to try it with a more rigid (and shorter) bar next time to see if it helps.

Awesome! Like 5kg said, I'd pre mark it. Put 25 on each side so there's weight to actually balance. Then pick it up to find the sweet spot, and then wrap tape around to bar on each side of your hand. That's how I'd do it.

Using a strap makes the lift too easy. I started with a strap, but I've been using just a hook grip after the first few times.
