Fitting a women for Lifting Belt?
 

My wife is getting into lifting heavy in Squat, deads and Presses...

She as wide Hip bones. (guessing from child birth)

A 4in 10mm Belt like I have digs into here Hips and Rib Cage. She is also 5'4''...

I was thinking of a Tapered Belt or the SpudInc 2 or 3 ply Nylon Belt...

Any suggestions or what to look for?

I am only 5'3. I swear by my Schiek nylon belt, very sturdy and easy to get on and off. If I recall I got it on line @ Sports Authority. I tried a leather one and did not like it! Hope that helps!:)

I have a Spud belt. It is softer and might do the trick.
