Bench Press sucks

If you disagree, comment. I will start this out by admitting that I am, and always have been a shitty bench presser. |
I hate it as a lift, primarily because I suck at it, and it is the hardest lift form-wise for me to master.
If I was building mass from age 18 again I might not even focus on it as much. I would still use it, but use other variations more. |

I like it, and will probably always find a way to incorporate it into my routine. It used to be my favorite lift, like many newbs.. but now, there is nothing that gets me revved up like a near max Deadlift, or new PR. I suppose a good bench session is also rewarding, but just not the same.

The Bench Press has always been my weakest lift, but ever since I started Metal Milita I have created a love hate relationship with it. I love it cause my Raw/Geared bench has went through the roof but hate how much volume I have to put in to do so.

Does not suck. I see bodybuilders relying on incline bench presses but they still have small upper pecs. Pure broscience.
