Deadlift challenge
Might do some deadlift fun today for the halibut. Going to use 405 pounds and see how many reps I can complete in 60 minutes.
2 years ago I was able to get 100 reps in with 315. If you want to join me I would say pick a weight around 55% of your max. |

I last did 100 reps @ 225 Sumo style a couple of months ago during a crew session. It was Brian's way of punishing me for going for and missing a PR when I shouldnt have. I applaud the bravery of any lifting soul tho who chooses to embark on that challenge voluntarily. I have to pass since my meet is only 2 weeks away. It's nice to have a legit excuse tho!!:)
