Default Strongman/Strength Equipment question

Doing a little research on strongman equipment for a friend who may want to start building stuff for folks. Question is:

What piece of strongman/strength equipment would you purchase first for home training if it were reasonably priced?

Sled?
Farmer's walk?
Yoke?
Prowler?
Fat dumbbells?
Other?

I'm no strongman, but I always wanted a log-bar and stones.

On second thought I'd want a sled. A sumtola would be fun but I could do similar things with a barbell
