Default Deadlift and Bench Press Rules

LBEB has put together a set of squat rules, so I thought it would be fun to put together a top 10 set of rules for bench press and deadlift.

If you have a rule for either lift, post it here.

Love it!

I never thought of Rule No. 4. before - beathing into the stomach. I always inhale while going down and exhale while driving up. But I may of been in-haling to my chest. Going to apply this to next session.
