Default Don't Quit

Don't quit. Win the mental battle. Tear it up. The battle is won inside, not under the bar or at the dinner table.

That's all I have.

BTB, way back when I first joined "the other forum", you posted something about power lifting, it caught my attention and I replied "I want to be a power lifter, but Im not strong enough" You replied "power lifting is not about strength, its a state of mind"

The last couple of months I have come to understand exactly what you meant...You have to win the mental battle before you have any chance to win the strength battle....I have hit more PR's because of my mental edge than because of my strength edge....and missed some for the same reason.

Staying true to "yourself" and not letting anyone tell YOU what your goals are.

No matter what people tell you, the mind can play a "damaging" factor in fitness or a "positive and influential" factor in fitness.

Its "under estimated" and yet so powerful.

You can be the Master Plaster of your own Disaster.....or......the Master Caster of your body Plaster.

You decide which it is.

Don't under estimate "whats happenen in your head" and have it apart of your fitness goals.

Learning what motivates you as everyone is different. If something motivates you, and someone else doesn't understand,----"who cares". Its works for you.

Failure can be a "poison" or a "benefit". You decide which one it is.

Which one are you?

Mental Energy isnt found in an over the counter bottle. You walk in your own bottle of energy everyday: YOU.

Great Post, Steve

Best regards,

Don
