Default Good bodyweight workouts for strength and power?

Anyone know any good workouts for strength that only use bodyweight, and chin up bars, and optionally i also have some 35 pound dumbells and a squat bar with 2 25s haha. Im 16, 135, 5'6, i'd love to get to 170.

Maybe even a boxing workout, because thats what i want to develop strength and power for. But i cant join a gym, maybe a bodyweight training day, and a boxing training day?

In one thread you say you don't want to add much muscle, then in the next you say you want to add 35 pounds.

Understand this...35 pounds is a substantial amount of muscle mass. To add this you're going to need to get stronger using barbells and dumbbells. 35 pound dumbbells won't cut it, neither will bodyweight lifts.

You need to slow down, focus your goals, and find access to free weights.

Your goals are to get stronger and to add muscle mass. To achieve these goals you're going to need free weights.

Your right my mistake haha, so for just bodyweight i should just be focusing on boxing workouts until i can find a gym? Those workouts should atleast add a little muscle right? (bodyweight i mean)

you wont bulk to 170 with bodyweight exercises but you can build some strength, most boxing and MMA workouts consist of alot circuit type training with bw exercises and light type barbell and dumbbells and specific type training on heavy bags, focus mitts, speed balls and jump rope, for strength and bulk that is done in the off season with heavy weight training, like want every else has said any 5x5 or muscle building program that has squat, deadlift, bench, ohp will do you, have you got a punchbag and jumprope?

Time for poor man weights. Get an old tire and make a sled. Get some 5 gallon buckets and quic-krete and make heavy things for weighted carries. Go find big rocks and lift them. Fill a duffle bag with sand and do cleans and jerks. If you want to get big and strong, you'll have to put in effort. If you're willing to put in effort, you'll find a way to lift heavy stuff.

Good thinkin, i forgot about ghetto weights haha, used to do pullups with a backpack of a couple stones.

Woah i found this workout RossTraining.com - No Excuses Workout

Dont know how credible livestrong is but their article Do Boxers Get Big From Body Weight Exercises? | LIVESTRONG.COM
says boxers do high rep workouts to get lean hard muscle, which is what im looking for, so how about this? seems to be what a normal workout would look like 4 sets with 4 diferent exercises.
