Powerlifter Profiles With Videos & Pictures | Muscle & Strength I need to add in approx. 12 questions beyond just basic stats that would be appropriate to ask powerlifters. Which questions would you like to see standard in these profiles?

Who do they train with? Good training partners are a valuable commodity.
Know-how is as important as strength when it comes to moving heavy weights. When I see a good lifter I'm always curious about the whole crew. |

How much recovery time do you take between heavy sets?
When do you put your gear on? What kind of gear do you use? Do you have sponsors? If so, how did you get them? Do you use a chiropractor, massage therapist, both, or neither? How do you place your feet on bench to keep the butt from breaking? How high or low do you carry the bar on your shoulders on squats? Do you box squat? How often? Do you do rack pulls for deads? Which do you prefer, bands or chains, and why? What kind of auxillary work do you do for the supportive muscle groups? How long does it take you to recover between workouts? How long does it take you to recover after a meet? Do you use anti-inflammatories? What kind and how often? |

I think there's a lot to be learned from watching the top notch lifters lift. So if they have YouTube channels where they have workout videos, that would be a good resource to have. |
