One last question, and this is a big one. Where (exactly) were these lifts 3 months ago to the day?

Please post specific weight, sets and reps. I want to see if there has been any progress, no matter how small.

In my day I've seen many people making progress, but thinking they weren't making progress because they are expecting bench and OHP to move extremely quickly. Not saying this is the case, but I think we need to take a peek at exact numbers.

Are you considering your technique? Brute strength only takes you so far sometimes. Do you have footage of your lifts? Where are you failing? Which part of the movement is weak?
