Default 16 week bench press boost

A local college coach asked me to put together a program to help students and athletes boost their bench press. I decided to do something along the lines of a 16 week bench press boost, filled with tips, programs variations to follow and nutrition advice.

I want to ask for you help. Let me know if you have any suggestions or advice on information or programs that should be included, or just let me know how you would train and eat if you decided to do a 16 week bench press specialization program.

If I put someone on a program like this I would probably recommend they up their intake of food.
