) but you know what I mean, some end up with longer lower leg, others with longer upper leg and so forth...children/babies, on the other hand, tend to have almost the same length of limb for upper and lower leg. The only way to be able to achieve the ideal is to practise frequently and for most of the population of cultures that use chairs a lot in their daily activities, even practice may not get them to a good squat posture due to the amount of time spent seated, driving, waiting around, relaxing etc...most probably spend more time sat on their behinds than in a squat posture, so the realty of it gets further away from them even if it's their goal.

I am relatively new to lifting but I have quickly learned .......if you do no squats ... you don't do squat!!!
Started squatting on 40 year old kness..... no issues, yet... Just going to keep pushing |
