Rep PBs for squat and stiff-legged deadlift
Yesterday, I got 140 kg (308) X 15 on squats. I think my previous best was 14 reps some years back.
Today, it was stiff-legged deadlifts. 140 (308) X 16 - was a massive rep personal best. I've done 182.5 (402) X 5, but I think I could improve on that now. Ideally I would have deloaded each rep, but hey, you can;t have everything. Plates were making contact and I don't feel I was bouncing. |

Impressive! Solid form on the squats as well. Normally with that many reps it gets ugly for most people. Impressive stiff legs as well.

...this time for regular deadlifts. No video this time. These were using straps. Unlike the SLDLs above, these had a full deload between reps. 182.5 kg (403 lbs) X 12 PB |
