(Volume Work) 5/3/1 day AKDL Squat Board Press Back an Should Ass.(Volume work) Note: For bands- 2 mini bands to choke the bar on bench 2 purple bands for Squat an Dead Lift

I agree, and it's much more reassuring to run a proven program written by somebody with a lot more knowledge and experience than myself. Of course if you just want to experiemnt, then whatever.

BKDL=Below knee Dead Lift
AKDL= Above knee Dead Lift An yeah I am currently using the 5/3/1 right now....I just want to see what would happen for an experiment.

Gotcha.
In my experience frequent deadlift, even with variations, can be tough. Not sure I would go that route to be honest. I think you'd be better off bringing up your back strength with rows, etc., than deadlifting more than 1x a week.
