If it weren't so late, I'd actually watch the video. Judging by the articles posted and the comments, it's advocating a rounded back on the deadlift, right? If so, I think they are actually pretty fine. My back rounds a bit on most of my deadlifts and I have no lower back problems. The only part of me that ever gets sore after deadlift days are my hams and mid and upper back. Sometimes, like yesterday, if I'm just doing set after set, my lower back will begin to get sore, but within an hour, it's fine. Maybe there are just a few of us lucky ones out there.
