What do you want to do with them? The exercises you use them on will affect your choice.

So you'll want long (41") bands then. With your current strength levels I would recommend minis, monster minis and lights in that order. You can double the minis for pressing stuff and then use the monster minis and lights for squats and deads. Lights would also be good for reverse band work.

It's good to see Meadows et al pushing chains and bands into the bodybuilding arena.

Being from the other side of the pond I haven't ordered from Elite but most companies sell all strengths as both short and long. I have short and long monster minis.

I'd second that recommendation. The 41 inch bands will serve you well and are versatile enough. If you get a selection of the three lighter bands you can always double up for even more band tension but it's plenty as is.

For example the light bands doubled up add a total of 60kg to my benches at the top, quite a lot! You can also use a light and medium band together for massive tension. But start slow.

I have a set of Iron Woody's. Great product, have had them for a year and a half with no product fatigue, cracking or failure.
