Women doing 15 rep bodyweight overhead squats worry me. Someone mentioned 135lbs. That worries me too.

At 222, I can't do one full overhead squat with 135, let alone 15 with 135. Let alone 15 with 222.

I can do partial overhead squats with 132, and I thought until now that this was pretty good.

If things continue like this, I'm taking up golf.

Seems like 85% of the guys I see at my gym are bodybuilders. Looking at themselves in the mirror, using dumbbells and machines...

All the more barbells for me!!

I now lift in the backyard and the trend seems to be general awesomeness. I will ensure that trend continues.
