Anything that overloads your lockout at or below your sticking point will help. Titan Super Ram and board presses are my favorites. Pin presses always hurt my shoulder.

My personal favourites are Slingshot work and Reverse Band work. Boards are great too for some people, I don't like them as much just personal preference.
From looking at your videos I think you'd do well to get in some additional upper back and lat work too and just work on your form, staying tight etc. Your set-up could do with being tighter and that would help the smoothness of your bar path. It tends to be a little wobbly at times. |

ok thanks Roger, because I found my weak point was just at the last point of the lock out so i want to work on it

i am switching my back work outs around so i can get more work out on the lats an all that for my next cycle an i am going to post it by Saturday
