Yeah, that's one of the reasons I posted it; this guy's back muscles give away some of the movement pattern, especially on the close-up shots, which I think may be of benefit to those performing the lift.

Also caught a snippet of the snatch grip high pull. I really enjoy deadlift grip high pulls.

Yeah, I haven't done those yet but I have done some snatch grip DLs with the hook grip, interesting stuff.

^ That was from this past Wednesday, the first time that I did it. It was approximately my normal snatch grip, but I might try to put my hands a little wider and see how that feels, next time I do it.
