First...great thread idea!!!!
Multiply: squat-1000lbs.....................1003 in meet bench-775lbs...........................785 in gym...chocked at meet and only did 699.96 lol deadlift-725lbs..........................715 in the gym, 677 at meet, pulled 700, but missed a rule. Total:2500lbs any way I can...................2380, will blow by 2500 next meet! Single ply squat: 900 walked out..................think this will happen in the gym, but just for fun! bench: 730...............I would need to buy a shirt, prob wont happen lol dead-725..............my dead in the meet was in single ply total-2350lbs Win the 2012 Olympia@275.................right now, thinking I am not even going to do it, enjoy mulitply too much

I intend to get a 1310-1335 total in November, as a 165lb raw lifter again, at my next powerlifting meet. That will be my first 1300 or higher. I came very close at my most recent meet, about a week ago, on June 6th, when I got 1295 @ 165.

Topk longer than expected to get back into the game, but finally im recovered and back to progress again. The goals I set at late 2011 have to wait yet some time but im on my way. Got a 245kg deadlift and a 117.5kg PC along with a 125kg paused bench so far, and have yet to test my squat 1RM, but all # still far from my goals.

I have been experimenting and though sessions have been solid and I have been consistent, progress really isn't all that apparent. Work is causing me to go back to a basic 3 day and you know, that may not be a bad thing at all! My goals are now for end of March 2013 (my birthday) and stand as:
Deadlift - 215kg - 180kg currently Squat - 165kg - 140kg now Bench - 130kg - 112.5kg now (510kg total - 432.5kg now) Clean and press - 100kg - 85kg now These are not hugely different to original 2012 end of year goals and if I am at 480-490kg at the end of the year, I'll have done reasonably well.

185/140/220 or 408/308/484 end of year minimums 200/150/235 or 440/330/520 Current 175/130/210 or 385/286/460 bodyweight will be wherever, but likely around 210-220, currently 242 |
