-Set pins/hooks to appropriate height. -Find grip sweet spot on bar. -Go into split stance with bar behind neck. -Duck under bar slightly. -Put bar to ear level. -Lock arms and un-rack bar -Hold position and step back. -Starting position should be ear level. -PRESS!! (don't go lower than ears on way down) -Put bar on traps when done and rack bar. -Repeat. |

I had an AC joint seperation on my right shoulder, and that's how I do them pain free.

I do them seated as well. Never get below the knot on the back of my head. Find it to be a great movement!
