Default GHR rep record

I couldn't with a clear conscience put such a thing in the PR thread (it's a bodyweight, exercise, for cryin' out loud!), but I was stoked to get 16 reps on my BGGHR (Banks Ghetto Glute-Ham Raise) last night. When I first started, I could only manage two!

As for a "real" PR, I plan to add video of my first-ever 405-pound deadlift in five weeks.

Bring the pain. Nice work. Tried them one but it was a disaster.

Great work.
Now that you got 15+, move the brace down closer to the knee's and eliminate the kip-up, jack-knife leverage action, doing this will add more resistance.

I used to love these for the hams.

Great work.

Great advice! I will do precisely this! Luckily I was smart enough to make the thing adjustable.
