Default Homemade hamstring developer

Here's another homemade piece of equipment I built, called (for lack of a better name) a "hamstring slide". I stole the basic idea from RossBoxing.com.

That was pretty cool! Nice ingenuity.

Have you ever done those with just your heels up on a big swiss ball? Just go up in a bridge pulling your heels in to your butt until the soles of your feet are on the ball? You can't add resistance, but it works. Not sure if your angle being so much lower might not be better though.

Thank you! Yes, I've tried those before, but I prefer them this way. And it wasn't that ingenious; I stole the design.

That is neat. Makes me want to build one. Great idea and thanks for the post. Even if you did not come up with the design you are passing it along and that is great.

Glad I could help! I had done these before previously with a weight plate, but it is so much nicer and smoother this way.
