Default Protein shake thread

List some of your favorite recipes for protein shakes here.

Mint shake:

5 crushed girl scout cookies
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
4 cubes of ice
1 1/2 cups milk

Blend all together. Delicious!!!!

Muscle milk chocolate with a bunch of ice and about 10 oz. of water or water and coffee if I need the energy boost, plus I like mocha.

2 tablespoons almond butter
