No such thing, and do not waste your research time in looking for any. There are no miracle foods for fat burning, but there are miracles that can be done when manipulating personal macros and calories, and when enjoined with appropriate exercise.
Its pretty basic for fat loss or weight gain: Deficit or surplus Diet (and possible calorie manipulations) + macros (and possible nutrient manipulations) + (exercise change/manipulations) = dealing with tissue loss/gain complications. Dealing with a Fat Loss Goal within your Life; Weight Loss Plateau's, and Developing Personal Tools and Strategies for Success: Developing the tool foundation: Item1: Acquiring knowledge beyond the basic requirements for fat loss Item 2: Acquiring the knowledge basics of fitness training: Weight training, Cardio, and other fitness techniques Item 3: Developing a Diet Journal, the type that fits your life style and personality Item 4: Developing a Fitness Training Journal, the type that fits your life style and personality Item 5: Developing a Psychological Strategy, and Mental Diary, the type that fits your life style and personality Item 6: . Calorie Manipulations Item 7: Fitness Activity Manipulations Item 8: . Macronutrient Manipulations Item 9:Meal Frequency and Timing Item 10:Opening Personal Perception Item 11: Learning everyday what motivates you to do items 1 through 10.
