Deficit or surplus Diet (and possible calorie manipulations) + macros (and possible nutrient manipulations) + (exercise change/manipulations) = dealing with tissue loss/gain complications.

Developing the tool foundation:
Item1: Acquiring knowledge beyond the basic requirements for fat loss
Item 2: Acquiring the knowledge basics of fitness training: Weight training, Cardio, and other fitness techniques
Item 3: Developing a Diet Journal, the type that fits your life style and personality
Item 4: Developing a Fitness Training Journal, the type that fits your life style and personality
Item 5: Developing a Psychological Strategy, and Mental Diary, the type that fits your life style and personality
Item 6: . Calorie Manipulations
Item 7: Fitness Activity Manipulations
Item 8: . Macronutrient Manipulations
Item 9:Meal Frequency and Timing
Item 10:Opening Personal Perception
Item 11: Learning everyday what motivates you to do items 1 through 10.
Brain Storm, and determine the cause, and implement a course of action from items 1 though 11.
