Carbbackloading book
Does anybody have this? Is it worth it? They have a sale on it at the site right now but it's still around £43!

I've been thinking the same thing. I wouldn't mind so much if you got more than a PDF, for that price I want a book in my hands.

I'm all for giving something back to the authors, I was happy to give to C&P, Carter, McDonald and a few others who have released EBooks in the past few years but not in this case. He's released about 3-4 useful articles and the product is wildly overpriced. No thanks!

Did I read that correctly? $89?

Yes. I havent read it but here you go. Go low carb for a week at first. Then drink coffee with coconut oil for breakfast, low carb lunch, workout, eat your face off after. Thats only going to cost you guys $20 dollars or whatever that converts to in pounds. Please PM me your email address so I can send the paypal request for you guys to settle up!:)

I've used protein and fats during the day and carbs at night for years. Good bulk on it too. I demand my fat loss!
Seriously though, not spitting on the guy or anything. Just noticed some of the hype. Don't hate me. |
I've been listening to his podcasts and he does really know his stuff. Agree with others though and don't think he knows enough or at least can communicate enough to warrant that price tag for a 300page PDF.

youd be better off buying a nutritin ebook from Shelby Starnes.

I'm working through now. Listened to the Max Aita one and the first half of the Bell and Burdick one. Lots of good stuff in there for sure.
