Default chef salads

What are some good lowfat options to put into a chef salad? I want something that is tasty and will have a lot of crunch.

I also like to add a handful of nuts of some sort to give a crunch. Sunflower seeds are an excellent option. May not be low in fat but a little goes a long ways.

Lowfat options, do you mean just the nut side of things because most veggies and fruits eaten raw are already crunchy and low fat?

Bacon sounds good, no need for salt

I will buy sunflower seeds as well. I have also put in lots of veggies. Radishes are an excellent choice.
