1 cup oats
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
35g raisins
cinnamon
add some Walden Farms Maple Syrup sometimes as well

Sometimes (diet goal dependent), I will throw in a cup of old-fashioned oats, with whey powder (strawberry), and frozen strawberry/banana smoothie (pouch), for a quick lunch in a large cup.
