1 cup oats 1 cup applesauce( unsweetened) 30g raisins cinnamon 1 tblspoon natural PB 6 slices turkey bacon 1 cup eggwhites or 4 slices wholegrain toast pure honey 1 tbspoon PB 3 whole eggs 1 cup eggwhites 3 slices turkey bacon Meal 2 8 oz chicken 2 cups brown rice 1 green bell pepper some form of sauce Meal 3 2 scoops whey 16 oz milk 30g almonds Meal 4 8 oz Beef 8oz sweet potato brocolli meal 5 2 scoops whey 16 oz milk 30g almonds |
