Can you link or provide specific quotes?

My answer to most question sis...overthinking. Milk is a nutritionally dense whole food. Its like whole eggs...a gift, packed with goodies. Milk, beef, eggs. My opinion is that you can't go wrong with these.

This type of thinking is simply bondage 77. Eat a variety of foods, focusing on the most nutritionally dense.

Go get brutally strong in hypertrophy ranges, eating plenty of nutritionally dense foods and you will win without OCD. Just my opinion. Mileage may vary. The only protein I ate during my first 3 years was milk, eggs and tuna.

Casein is a very valuable tool. Taking it before bed can help prevent the significance of a catabolic state during the night. You'll want slow releasing protein before you go to bed.

Milk is fine. Beef, chicken, milk, eggs are all your friends.
