Good...beef, eggs, whole milk, butter, cheese, fruit, veggies, seafood, pork, game meats, almonds and nuts, etc.
Bad...too much sugar, flour, chips, cookies, cakes, crackers, Ding Dongs, Ho Hos, whamdoodlers, snozwangers, etc. |
