I found those posts you made in that other thread and actually looked at some of the research as well. It blew my mind. I've ALWAYS heard, whether you lift or not, ALWAYS take your vitamins. Supplement industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and it's hard to find truth in there. Those were definitely interesting reads, makes me think twice about what i spend my hard earned cash on.

Uncomfortable reading, isn't it? I think the findings about vits and health are even more worrying, especially for smokers.

This is weak-ass anecdotal evidence, but at a personal level, I never noticed any difference taking my vits and not taking them. I took them for years.
