I don't think there is anything wrong with red meat. I've been eating at least a 1/2 pound every day as part of my diet for over a year. I eat ground beef for first lunch and I have steak 3-4 nights a week.

I eat red meat several times a week. Is it healthy? Who knows, but I LOVE it!

I was always taught to eat a variety of protein foods to build a more rich amino acid profile. OCD perhaps, but variety rarely is a bad thing.

I've read that red meat increases testosterone levels?
I was eating it daily for about a month and noticed a breakout of spots on my back.. I reduced it's intake to twice a week and it went away.. It may be possibly linked? But overall I cant see why eating red meat wouldn't be good for you so keep eating my friend |

go add it! steak is good. but rich does bring up a good point since he's coming from a more physique angle, it really does matter what your macros are. if you just want to get big and strong and nasty..go for it!
