I add, cinimon, honey, peanut butter, protein powder, regular butter, and a sliced bananna & whole milk on top. Good stuff.

A few pulses in a food processor or blade coffee grinder with dry oats and you have some oat flour. Make some protein and oat pancakes.

Pretty much everything that has been said so far. I have been playing around with putting eggs in it before I cook it, gives a cake batter type taste and consistency. Just have to make sure you do it right or you will have raw egg in there.

Banana, coconut, milk (or milk substitute for those that need it), ice cold water to get to the consistency you want...then blend.
