I've had to change my keto around some. After today, I've realized 6 boiled eggs per day is going to be pretty unreasonable, and I've also found some other readily available foods I can incorporate. How many grams of protein do you estimate to be in this diet? Each day I will be consuming, Protein sources- 3 slices of bacon 2 sausage planks 1 steak 2 eggs 1 cup of pepperoni 4 hand fulls of nuts 1 tbsp olive oil 1 scoop of protein powder Lots of cheese Vegetable sources- Spinach leaves Romaine lettuce Fat sources- Almonds, about 12 of them Peanuts, about 12 of them Olive Oil, 1 tbsp And the protein sources have fats Butter, I am allowing myself 1 slice of toast per day (TKD) Mayonnaise Ranch dressing I am about 160lbs of LBM and I need to be getting a little more than that per day in nutrition..

I'm seeing about 140 to 160 grams of protein per day depending of how much cheese that is.
Bacon, sausage, pepperoni and nuts have protein, but are generally not super-rich protein sources unless you eat a lot.

Gotta be honesty broham, these are not good food choices. If you are looking to increase you lean body mass then you need to feed it lean meats and easy digesting foods.
Notes are in red. This is just off the top of my head. hope this helps Quote:
