Default Any intermittent fasters?

Been doing intermittent fasting for awhile now, takes the stress out of dieting + Iv gotten some great results from it.

Anyone into intermittent fasting? Opinions on it? Results?

I love it. I am a big night eater so this is right up my alley. It also gives me more energy during the day. I found I do need some protein and BCAAs during the day to main lean muscle mass. Some people won't.

The trick is to make sure you aren't undereating. If that's not an issue this should work very well.

I always lift on an empty stomach. It's never hindered me one bit.

I really like it, I feel more focused during the day and seem to have a lot of energy in the gym. Haven't really had any down sides yet, it took a couple of days for my body to get used to the fast but after that the hunger went away.

Just started less than a week ago. Already, it is helping me make my food more delicious Funny how laziness/busyiness screws up your food intake With just 3 meals a day, I take great pains to make them awesome!

Yea I have noticed improved focus since starting. Love being able to skip breakfast and not feeling guilty. Used to have the hardest time getting food down in the morning.

It is now my method of choice for fat loss. It took a little getting used to, but once I adjusted it was the "easiest" diet I've ever done. Being able to eat at night was a big plus for me, too.
