To a point yes it does. BUT not directly.
Around before bed 10g vrs 5-7 grams causes a greater impact on HGH, which has potent fat-burning effects. You should take arginine on an empty stomach for best results. Also check with your Doc. on your health because it can do just as much harm as good.
