Basic supplements
What are some basic supplements for a 16 year old to take ? I already take a multi.

You're 16, supplements are not going to do much for you. Just get your eating dialed in. Save your money.

multi (preferably a twice a day multi) and fish oil. never too early to play with fish oil.

We already covered this one for you, but to re-iterate, the only thing that will be beneficial for you to take right now is a multi-vitamin and fish oil. Eat lots of food. Work hard. Get sleep. Your teenage hormone levels will do the rest for you.

Steak, milk, burgers, broccoli (mom was right, eat it!), chicken, more meat, spinach (Popeye was right!), more chicken, peanut butter, veggies and then finally, some more meat.
Phew... did I miss anything? |
