Default One of my favorites

Here is one of my favorite protein shakes that I usually have several times a week. It is pretty easy to make as well.

a scoop of vanilla whey powder
a few ice cubes
handful of raspberrries
three or four strawberries
can of pineapple juice

Mix well. Love it.

That does sound good. I love a banana one I make with a frozen banana, chocolate protein powder, ice and water and some cream. Delicious.

posted elsewhere. For the fans of pumpkin pie or Sweetpotato pie

vanilla protein
some real pumpkin or 1 sweet potato baked
milk or water
cinnamon
nutmeg
ice if you like it icy.

Spoon out pumpkin to liking or peel potato and drop in blender. Add liquid then the powders, mix. Careful, you will pull your tongue out of joint trying to get that last drop from the bottom.

That sounds amazing. I will have to try it out.
