Default Mercury in fish

we eat a lot of fish. Should I be concerned about the levels of mercury in the fish? We mostly eat tuna, cod, haddock and salmon.

I think it really depends on the type of fish you eat. I know that king mackerel has lots of mercury in it. Swordfish as well.

I've read that you want to go for wild salmon as opposed to farmed salmon. Levels in wild salmon are lower.

I have never eaten it but I know that shark has high levels of mercury as well. Doubt that you are eating this though!
