My cousin is allergic to everything. Where would be a good idea for him to get protein from? He can not have anything dairy, fish is a huge no no, and he will not eat eggs at all. Where is a good idea to get protein from? Much thanks, he is only 12 and needs to grow properly.

A doctor would have to answer this question. My wife works with a teacher whose daughter has Pies(?) syndrome, she is allergic to proteins of any kind. She can only eat a few things. Can only be diagnosed by a doctor. If he is 12, I doubt he has this disease.
