Default Coconut oil

I have been told that coconut oil has many benefits. I know that it will help to prevent liver disease and stablizes sugars. Anyother benefits of it that you know of? Also do you take it?

I personally do not take it. But I do know that besides the benefits you have listed it prevents dry skin. And it will be great for your hair. Also it reduces inflammation.

Can't get hold of it so I don't use it, but from what I've read it has a host of good points.

Not sure I would take it as a supplement. Trade it for vegetable(corn/soybean) oil and you'll get a bigger effect.
