Default Ratios

What kind of ratio should I have for carbs, protein, and fat. I want to cut some of my fat intake out. I weigh about 250, and am 5'9" tall. I am not really sure what my body fat is.

To be accurate we need to know your fat% even if its from a 3 point test. That would at least put us in the ball park to calculate this out.
Also whats your age? These all make a big difference in accuracy of the answer.
