Creatine differences
Is there a difference in the types of creatine available. I know it comes in citrate, monohydrate and phosphate. Which one is the best one?

This one.

I like Concret Creatine. It actually dissolves in water and I can tell a difference in my training session when I take it. You only take it on days you train too. Not every day. Drawback is that it is expensive.
When I use to take Creatine Monohydrate I couldn't tell any difference when I was taking it. Maybe 'cause I eat alot of red meat???? |
I took Mono for 10 years and tried Nitrate but Kre-Alkalyn works the best for me now.
Mono started to mess with my stomach and water retention in shin got worse over time. Being on stage I didn't want to loose my size by dropping creatine pre show. Kre-Alkalyn I can take all the way threw and even the day of my shows with no skin retained water. |
I would look into Orotine or MCC.... had the best results with those; giving me no to little water retention and good strength gains.
