Default Fiber in your diet

I read most people are not getting enough fiber in their diets. Do you believe this to be true? I eat as many fruits and veggies as I can. I try to eat whole grains. What else can I be doing?

I take Fibersol...a powdered fiber supplement. No flavor to it. It desolves easily in anything. I put about 10grams in my first morning cup of coffee.

If you are eating a balanced good nutrition plan you should be getting enough.

When I am cutting or feel I need more I personaly like Equate's Psyllium Husk Fiber.
Just add fiber slow if you do or you will spend a lot of time in the rest room.
