I'll just throw in, you want to the highest percentage of EPA/DHA. Those will be listed on the label, usually below the general information. The uber cheap brands will have a combined 350-500mg, not good enough. I get 5-6g daily, each cap of my brand is 1g of EPA/DHA.

No fish burps, ever from any brand for me either. I usually take them with food and a multi-V.

I take it to lower cholesterol. Mine was starting to get high so doctor suggested it.
