I think creatine is one of those supplements that can be highly beneficial and can be used over a long period of time if taken correctly

I recommend Concret Creatine. No loading, no bloating, don't need to take it on off days. I just take two scoops 1/2 hour pre workout. Great stuff. Tastes good too. ALL of it dissolves in water very easily.

I used mono for over 10 years and then went to Kre-Alkalyn and wont go back.
No loading, no bloat, no water retention in all the wrong places.

I can even take it on my show days.
