Sodium
how much sodium do you get in your diet. I fear that I may be getting too much, and some of my weight may be water weight. What about you?

I'll guess around 2g a day. Might be on the high side, I don't do processed food, but if something tastes like it needs salt, I add it.

I don't worry about sodium. I listen to my body and eat salty when I crave salty. I tend to focus more on the sodium/potassium balance, or getting enough potassium.

Yeah like Btb I don't tend to worry about it. Just concentrate on eating a good healthy balance of foods and the rest generally fits into place.

I do not add salt to anything I make so I feel I am on the safe side.
