Raw eggs
 

Do you eat raw eggs? I have never done this and can not really stomach the fact. I think it would make me sick to do this so I doubt I would gain anything from it anyway. Have you ever eaten them?

Ya lots of times. I mix them in drinks so i dont have to taste them.

No raw eggs unless they end up in some sort of salad dressing. I usually just cook them in bacon fat and have an epic omelet.

While this is more of an article, there are studies to back these claims.

When I was doing low-carb I used them with heavy cream and water for my protein shakes.

Not as good as milk.

That being said, I could never taste that there were eggs in there, is that matters.

I've had 3 raw eggs per day (in a protein shake) for months. No problems from it.

Its not necessarily whether or not you get sick from it, its that there's no real added benefit to consuming them raw.

Yeah there is, you dont have to cook them. Lol.
